In current 5G deployments, it is critical that CSPs anticipate customer pain points and resolve them before service degradation occurs, providing a seamless customer experience.
Building on the first phase of this project, this Catalyst will increase the number of data sources to build an in-depth customer experience index (CEI) and will add further use cases based on AI/ML techniques accelerating the deployment of reliable, automated network processes.
