In response to the wave of digital transformation, China Mobile has built an AaaS (Ability as a Service) system. It is an operating mechanism that organically combines a series of abilities such as IT asset abilities, digital talent abilities, and organizational collaboration abilities.
This Catalyst project has innovatively established a quantifiable standardized ability evaluation system to support digital transformation operations. The Talent+ program, based on a multi-dimensional evaluation of the digital talent abilities, directs their improvements and a cross-functional virtual team's job adaptation. Meanwhile, the quantitative value evaluation model of digital transformation gives the company's best reform direction.
