We have been working on improving customer experience on 5G leased line services by using Huawei SmartCare Intelligent Root Cause analysis (IRCA) to identify poor experience (from reactive to predictive). HKT and Huawei are also aligning the IRCA with TM Forum AIOps IG1190A Configuration Mgt and will have an updated version in the next release to show the IRCA matching the TM Forum AIOps IG1190A.

The objective of this Catalyst is to assure service level agreement (SLA) commitments for leased line services and bring visibility to enterprise services through intelligent operations.
The project will demonstrate how the adoption of TM Forum's Network Domain can be managed in an intelligent way to support smooth operations. Intelligent operations enable communications service providers (CSPs) to manage and assure SLAs for enterprise services across various industries, such as manufacturing or retail while providing customers with visibility of their lease line service.
Enterprises have high requirements for leased line and private network services. To meet customer expectations across multiple sectors efficiently, CSPs must translate these expectations into measurable service level objectives (SLOs). This requires CSPs to identify, monitor, analyze and improve relevant service level indicators (SLIs) that support SLOs in real-time for each service they offer. In doing so, CSPs increase the transparency of leased line SLA commitments for enterprises, which will improve customer satisfaction, reduce complaints and avoid blame-shifting between customers and CSP operations teams.
